Somalia strikes: Amnesty says US behind civilian deaths

US air raids against the armed group al-Shabab in Somalia have surged since 2017 following an executive order by President Donald Trump.

But civilians living in the area are being caught in the crossfire.

Amnesty International says a growing number of people have been killed and dozens more injured.

Al Jazeera’s Malcolm Webb reports from Mogadishu where he spoke with some of the survivors.
